In 1973, Joel Weintraub was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia as well as the Bar of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia. He was admitted to the Bar of the U.S. Tax Court in 1974, and in 1975 and 1978 he was admitted to the Bar of the U.S. Court of Claims and the Bar of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, respectively.
For over 35 years Mr. Weintraub has focused his practice on civil litigation involving disputes between individuals and corporations. Mr. Weintraub’s recent cases involve corporate litigation, personal injury, business law, will and trust contests and interpretation, shareholder rights, and estate administration.
Joel Weintraub is a member of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar. He practices law in the areas of Personal Injury, Wills and Estates, Real Estate, and Litigation.
